What are your shipping rates within Canada?

We offer free standard shipping on all Canadian orders over $100 CAD. For orders below this amount, a flat rate of $12 CAD applies. Express shipping options are also available at checkout.

What is your return and exchange policy?

We accept returns and exchanges on unworn items with original tags within 30 days of delivery. Please note that for hygiene reasons, intimate apparel and earrings are final sale.

How do I know which size to order?

Each product page features a detailed size guide with specific measurements. If you are between sizes, we generally recommend sizing up for a more comfortable fit, or contacting our support team for personalized advice.

Can I track my order once it has shipped?

Yes, as soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email notification containing a tracking number and a link to monitor your package's journey.
