Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals are intact to qualify for a refund.

  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, then affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

  Drop Off and Track

  Hand over your package at any authorized Canada Post location and keep your tracking receipt until your refund is processed within 5-7 business days.
